Elon Musk is the father.” She explained that she had kept this information private to protect her child’s privacy and safety but felt compelled to go public due to impending tabloid exposure.
Following her initial announcement, St. Clair expressed frustration over Musk’s lack of acknowledgment and communication regarding their child. In a now-deleted post on X, she urged Musk to “finish their agreement” concerning co-parenting arrangements, highlighting that her attempts to reach him through various channels had been unsuccessful.
Legal actions have since ensued, with St. Clair filing for sole legal custody of their son in the New York Supreme Court on February 21, 2025. The filings assert that New York is the child’s home state and seek to confirm paternity.
